From Ashes To New Bring Heart and Energy to Phoenix
On The New Disease Tour, Phoenix, AZ – September 26, 2025
A rare desert storm rolled through downtown Phoenix, on Friday, September 26, 2025 drenching the night and the streets outside The Van Buren and even causing brief power outages early in the evening. But inside the venue, the storm only fueled the excitement as fans packed in for the New Disease Tour, determined to ride out the night of rock regardless of the weather.
Opening the show was Not Enough Space from Orlando, FL, who battled through their show with intermitent and flickering power due to the ongoing storm but that couldn’t stop the band’s rebellious attitude and energetic defiant set which quickly won over the crowd. Their perseverance set the tone for the night and proved that not even Mother Nature could slow down the music. They were followed by Until I Wake and Magnolia Park, each act keeping the energy high and the audience engaged as anticipation built for the headliner.
When From Ashes To New finally took the stage, the room erupted. The band delivered a passionate, high-energy performance from start to finish, blending crushing riffs, hip-hop grooves, and soaring choruses into a sound that had the crowd singing along, jumping, and moshing throughout the set. Vocalist Matt B took time between songs to speak openly about his struggles with mental health, emphasizing the importance of community and supporting one another—an honest and heartfelt message that resonated deeply with the audience.
